Programme Overview & Membership Subscription Form

The National Secondary Leaders Network brings together Headteachers and Senior Leaders from secondary schools across the country for national CPD events and regional network meetings. In all of our Dioceses, there are significantly fewer secondary schools than primary schools, and so this network provides encouragement and support across the country in phase-specific leadership development.

In 2026–27, the programme moves beyond exploration to implementation—supporting leaders to embed vision-led practice, drive system change, and enable flourishing for every pupil and community.

Programme Overview 2026-2027

Event 1: Wisdom at the Core – Inclusion as the Thread of a Flourishing School
National Event Date: 7 October 2026

Event 2: Dignity at the Centre – God-given Worth and Flourishing in Practice
National Event Date: 4 February 2027

🔹 How do we enable pupil leaders to shape culture and practice so that dignity, hope and flourishing are woven into school life?

Event 3: Let Hope Be Seen – Deeply Christian Serving the Common Good
National Event Date: 24 June 2027
Location: St John’s Church, Waterloo
